Business Development Consultant- SMB

Brief Overview & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Consultant (BDC) is to develop a strong rapport with an existing set customer base, build additional customer base for additional products, maintain a clear understanding of how the customer base is using Ashaford Technical Solutions solutions, and generate new business within the customer base by solving solutions through leveraging the Ashaford Technical Solutions product portfolio. Security Systems Administrator

Brief Overview & Responsibilities
Ashaford Technical Solutions is currently seeking a Security Systems Administrator to join our team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Maintains and administers Ashaford Technical Solutions Cyber Security infrastructure and provides a basic level of technical support to the ISOC/experts over the phone, chat and/or via support tickets. Ownership of basic system/application issues. Applies creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of problems, while at the same time keeping the ISOC/expert’s aware of resolution progress via the ticketing system. Solves the ISOC/expert’s technical issues which can include OS level, security application level, database server, user management, and permissions, or other software issues.


Support Specialist – (Generalist)

Brief Overview & Responsibilities
  • Takes ownership and works on “quick-fix tickets” (e.g. system resources, My Ashaford Technical Solutions requests)
  • Escalates support requests (phone/ticket) according to escalation procedures
